Ingredients Dextrose (Glucose), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate), Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Natural Lemon Flavouring (Maltodextrin, Acacia Gum, Flavouring Preparations), Maize Starch, Sweetener (Sucralose), Riboflavin. Directions Sport - Add 1-2 tablets to 500ml of drinking water and allow to dissolve completely (stir if required). Consume before, during and after exercise. Do not store prepared O.R.S solution for more than 8 hours outside of a refrigerator. If refrigerated the solution may be stored for up to 24 hours.
