Details: Fit-Flex is a UK based organisation dedicated to providing high value professional quality fitness equipment. Our exercise bands provide a versatile, convenient and effective way to train. Choose from three different resistance levels - Light, Medium or Heavy. All bands are 2 meters long to enable a full range of exercise options x 15 cm width and are suitable for use by both men and women. The Yellow / Light exercise band is 0.20mm in thickness and is suitable for injury rehabilitation, light dynamic movements and stretching. The Blue / Medium exercise band is 0.25mm in thickness suitable for mid-level strength exercises and resisted stretches. The Red / Heavy exercise band is 0.30mm in thickness for stronger athletes or static holds. Each sale is ONE band. All bands come folded in a poly band and are delivered within a card envelope that will pass through standard UK letter boxes
